At Arrival Hall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation; if an item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for most furniture and decor items. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive your Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during the journey back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky goods pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
